Pros: When I read about the Magnetic Tippet Threader I thought that it was an answer to my tying small flies on a tippet.
I tried it on a #12 beaded nymph and it worked well. The magnet held the hook firmly so that I could insert the tippet. |

Cons: When I tried to use it with a #14 dry fly fully dressed the magnet did not work,because the fly dressing interfered with magnet holding the hook. |

Other Thoughts: Overall, I would recommend buying this magnet even if you can't use it on all flies. |
