Pros: Definitely worth the investment. The very first time I tied one on, I was reeling in a 13 inch Brown within the first half hour of fishing. I put floatant on the wings, not on the body and think that allowed the body to sit lower in the water which enhanced its presentation. I need to buy some more in an assortment of sizes 14 - 18. I fished this fly without a strike indicator as it was quite visible in a dead float, and when my tippet, leader and line straightened, BAM and I had a fish on. This is now my "go to" fly when I don't see a hatch or very many fish rising. |

Cons: I can't think of any real cons, this will always be on my flybox. |
