Pros: Since I found the Barr Emerger pattern I've caught more trout in North Carolina mountain streams that with any other pattern I've used. Many have been in the 18-22" range. Just yesterday I even caught a small mouth bass on it, to my surprise. Run it as a dropper 12-18" below your lead pattern in a size 18-22 using 5x or 6x and clean up! |
