Pros: I fish a lot - owned this product for 8 months....I like not having to squeeze fingers into the holes, and the narrow straight jaws which make it easier to safely remove a fly which is down deep.
Opening them with one hand requires a little practice, but is ok once you get used to it....the wrist loop is useless, as once you have a grip there is no purpose for the loop and it gets in the way.
All that said, my #1 clamp is still one with finger loops and a 45 degree angle on the clamps. |
