Pros: I saw this as an opportunity to show the browns something they didn't see much on my SW Wisconsin spring creeks. WOW. They want these things in their grocery bag. I went through the entire batch in one day. Fishing our spring creeks in late summer is a challenge--- if the fish don't eat 'em....the grasses and overhangs do. I'm getting more. They float great... they handle lots of fish (durable) and they cast fine for a big bug.
Cons: I'd like a little orange or lime green visual aid on the topside of the bug--- I'm getting older and the bugs are all gettin smaller!!

Pros: Floats all day long, has a natural look as it floats, it's large profile attracts big fish.
Cons: A little tough to see (for older eys) once the sun is below the horizon

Pros: I love the Fat Albert. It is amazing how much the fish on the Green River love them and they have worked everywhere else I've tried them. The Fat Albert is an awesome hopper pattern, they are great dry flies from which to drop nymphs, and they just seem to work anytime a big attractor or hopper is the ticket.
Cons: The only con is that sometimes I run out. Nothing wrong with the fly though.
