Description of the Simms Backsaver Wading Belt - Accessories:

"Simms. The choice of professional guides; and anyone else who lives to fish. "

Wherever you find fish, you're going to find fishing guides. And wherever you find fishing guides, you're going to find Simms. Guides need gear that is functional, innovative and can withstand whatever abuse they put it through.

There are a lot of fishermen out there that have to deal with back pain while fishing. This seems to be a common issue, especially among older fly fishermen. Many times as we strain to see and focus on those small dry flies in their perfect drifts we find ourselves bending forward slightly for minutes at a time, and this is in many cases where those back aches arise.

Simms Backsaver Wading Belt - does its job pretty well.

  • Extra back support for long days on the water
  • 2” wide nylon webbing
  • Quick-action release buckle
  • Adjustable from 30” to 46”

  • One size fits most

• Simms products are backed by a Simms Warranty

What does this mean for someone who's not a professional guide?
Anything that's designed to meet the performance needs of guides is gear you can count on.

From the Simms Team "Nothing pleases us more than to see our products, like those on the guides featured in out catalog and on our website, go the distance."

Pros: Very supportive around the back and sides. The buckle provides a secure fit.
Cons: No attachment point to my SIMMS wader belt loop.
Other Thoughts: This has made a big difference in relieving stress and pain throughout my back and body after a long day on the water.

Pros: I sometimes go fishing with my hardcore fishing buddies and have all out fish-a-thon. We would go 20 hours at a time for several days and I could feel my back giving in. Now here’s where Simms Backsaver Wading Belt comes in, I strap it in place and im set to go for days. Nevermind sleep, the water and fishes are calling.
