Pros: After falling a couple of times I decided a change was needed. I looked at several wading staff's and decided on the Simms. It is easy to carry in its holster, opens easily, works well and when fishing it can be left ready to use with its retainer holding it. I would buy the same thing next time. P.S. I haven't fallen since I bought it. |

Cons: It is just one more thing to carry but it beats the alternatives. |
