Pros: William Joseph Old School Satchel is fantastic. Practically water tight and enough of compartments to fill more than a vest and then some. Used it in hike ins, float tubes, canoes, streams and raging rivers from Califon, N.J. to Rangeley, Maine. You can also stuff a light wading jacket in one section. Better than a pack or vest pack with everything at your fingertips. Open the satchel and grab every fly box you own- its all in one place. |

Cons: Only thing it lacks is a fly patch. |

Other Thoughts: 5 for versatility; 5 for convienence; 4.5 overall because it lacks a fly patch or strip like the other WJ products I own. I would trade all my WJ vests and packs for another one of these satchels if it had a fly patch--and that is saying a lot . |
