I caught this bad boy while dredge nymphing the "Hooch" tailwater April 4,2009. Ironically & initially unbeknownst to me, a 6 inch wild brown took my lightning bug & this big brown engulfed him! The way he first fought, headshaking & bulldogging deep with no extended runs, I thought he was a big old carp. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when he turned out to be big dog german brown!
