• We ship our orders via United States Postal Service. All orders are insured, a customs number will be provided when the order ships. If you would like to use a different carrier, please contact us.
• All orders are paid for in US Dollars. Exchange rates are calculated by your credit card company at the time of purchase.
• Packages are valued at full retail price, we cannot discount the package value or mark a package as a gift.
• The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.
• Additional Shipping charges may apply to over sized or over weight items.

Out of Stock Items
We at RiverBum do our best to keep all our items in stock, but there is a chance we will not have a purchased item in stock. If we do not have an item in stock that you have ordered we will notify you of your options. Most items we are able to stock in 1-2 days.

Returns
RiverBum.com, LC is not only confident in the quality of its merchandise but desires that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we will accept items returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. Returned merchandise must be in like-new* condition. RiverBum.com, LC will not cover shipping fees associated with returned merchandise.

* - like-new means the tags are included along with the original packaging and the item has not been used.

NON-DELIVERED ORDERS:  A 15% restocking fee and/or re-shipping charges will be assessed to the customer for all shipments returned to RiverBum.com, LC due the shipment either not being accepted by the customer or the customer not being available to receive the shipment.
